Overview
Smart Journey Creator is designed to help users effortlessly build an Architect Journey, which is the cornerstone product of Insider. It also marks the company's first major step toward integrating AI-powered features into its product line.
In this project, I was responsible for managing all design processes from start to finish, and I am currently working on its future versions.

During the ideation phase, I developed a flowchart for the Smart Journey Creator.
Initial Ideation
While exploring ideas, I focused on designing a feature that is intuitive and easy to use for users.
Workshop
Following my initial ideation, I conducted a workshop with product stakeholders to gather their opinions and ideas about this feature.
The MVP
After completing all these phases, the MVP version of the feature was designed and developed. This initial version focused on meeting the most critical expectations while leaving room for future growth.
Usability Test
After launching the product for POC partners, we, along with our researchers, decided it was the right time to conduct a usability test. We gathered with our users, tested the feature, and listened to their expectations.
Conversational Journey Builder
The primary objective for the second version of the feature was to enhance its conversational chat capabilities, enabling more natural interactions. It evolved into a fully functional smart journey builder, capable of understanding user needs more effectively and providing intelligent, context-aware responses.
